Safety and comfort is at the heart of Rosella Retreat & Respite. Guests are protected by our Covid-Safe measures, including exclusive stays (no other guests present), and elevated hygiene standards in and around the home.

COVID-SAFE MEASURES

Every effort is taken to safeguard guests with minimum impact to their retreat experience. Listed below are some of the safeguarding measures you can expect. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

One-To-One Care

All stays are exclusive - there are no other guests present. Guests can, if desired, arrange for family member visits.

Deep clean Prior to Guest Arrival

All high-touch surfaces are deep-cleaned with disinfectant prior to guest arrival. This includes bedding and all furniture surfaces, windows, doors and surfaces in common areas.

Food Safety

We maintain stringent food hygiene standards, and source fresh products from local Tasmanian suppliers.

Qualified Support

Your host is a qualified, and highly experienced care practitioner, delivering person-centered support. All care follows industry best practice, and the latest safeguarding guidelines.

Personal Protective Equipment

If you would like to visit public indoor spaces (such as museums or cafes) as part of your activity program, we can provide protective equipment such as masks, gloves and hand-sanitiser.
